With Covid happening and it being a few days after move in I just wanted to say how awesome it was to find an apartment last minute in the city! Luckily prices have dropped recently and our agent Nick was able to hook me and my roommates up with a spot in Mission Hill that’s pretty close to campus. Would recommend Boston realty online if you need an apartment in the city.

Very friendly, the agent I used was Terrick Cotterell, a complete professional. I was in a pinch and needed to get put into a property fast. Terrick was responsive and proactive and did a great job finding me a place that met all my needs and was within budget (no small task). Looking for a place is stressful but working with Terrick made it quick and manageable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

These guys are seriously the best! My roommates and I used them this year for the second time – they value us as loyal customers, and worked closely with us to make sure that we found the perfect place on our tight budget. From two years of interaction and plenty of viewings, I can confidently say that they are far more professional and approachable than other offices in Boston, and have a great selection of listings around the city. Preston in particular has been responsive, friendly, helpful, and honest. It is reassuring to know that the person you are working with truly has your back, especially in an industry that can be a little slimy!

Boston Realty Online is the best realty group in Boston. My roommates and I have signed two apartments through them. Their team is extremely friendly and professional. We had a long list of “must haves” while on a tight budget and Preston helped us to find the perfect place twice. Anthony Buonpane made the first apartment search an easy one for myself and my roommates. We had very specific needs at a very fast-paced time of the market during the Boston apartment “busy-season.” Anthony was more than willing to show us places more than once before we settled, share his knowledge about each apartment’s landlord, and share his connections with parking options in the area. I had the pleasure to Work with one of the agents at Boston Realty online, Bianca Marescia. She’s a great person to work with, with our apartment hunting.
Our landlord decided to sell the unit and within one-month left in our lease, we had no idea where to go. Being a graduate student taking summer courses, this was not an ideal situation however; Bianca was able to quickly help us with our situation.
She showed us apartments the moment we reached out to her (within a few days) and told us the pros and cons of each place, being professional and giving as an objective advice on each apartment we saw. She was able to find us a great apartment in our budget.
Bianca was also very quick to respond to our e-mail and text messages, and was willing to meet up with us in the evening (to fit my roommate and I’s schedule) to create an application to secure the apartment ASAP. So what could’ve been a long dragged out hassle of finding an apartment for a month ended only week-long apartment hunting. She was attentive to our budget, what we were looking for, location, etc. and was able to deliver those desires within a short period of time.
She truly cares for each of her clients and really desires that we get the apartment we put an application on.
I’d definitely recommend her to my friends, classmates, anyone. She made what could’ve been a headache situation into something fun and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a place to live in the Boston area.

Anthony is an excellent broker! My three roommates and I were entirely new to this experience when we began looking for our first apartment. Anthony explained the process to us and familiarized us with what we should be looking for. He found us a wonderful apartment and a great deal at that. Although we have decided to re-lease because we are so happy with our find, I can promise that I will go back to Anthony if I am ever in need of a new place!! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!!!!

This was my second experience working with realtors and it was by far the best. Anthony is a really great guy whose really looking out for his clients best interest. He is not rude at all, he’s really nice and was very knowledgable of the entire neighborhood. A wonderful and reliable realtor. Anthony knows how to help you find the apartment you knew was out there and could never find through anyone else. The apartment he helped me find is a hidden gem in a neighborhood where it is hard to find anything affordable. This apartment is by far the best I have ever lived in, large and spacious, charming details, updated kitchen and a steal to boot! He assured me the landlord was receptive and reasonable and let me tell you he has definitely set the bar high for my future landlords. Anthony is a great person to deal with because he listens to what you need and want in a living situation and finds some great options, not showing you the dumps you have nightmares about after dealing with other realtors. If you want a hardworking and considerate agent who will find you the place of your dreams, Anthony is your guy!!

My two roommates and I worked with close to 25 different agents to find the right apartment. We worked with Ian Butler from Boston Realty Online, and his service was excellent. I work in sales and grew up in a household with a father in sales, so I tend to have very little patience for salespeople who condescend their clients or are dishonest with them. We most definitely did NOT have that problem with Ian. While we did not end up renting an apartment from him simply due to who presented us which options, his service was superb. He clued us into several nuances of the renting process that other agents did not think to elaborate on, and seemed to care more about us having a good renting experience than him making a quick buck. If you go with Boston Realty Online, I definitely recommend him as an agent!

Anthony and Ian were very helpful in finding my roommates and I an apartment very quickly and efficiently. I could not be present when my roommate was looking at the apartments but Ian was great at answering all of our questions and working with us to make sure it would be a great fit for us! He offered to take us back so I could see it and told us tons of useful information about the apartment itself, the area around it, the landlord, etc. We were able to find and get the apartment all within a few days, which is great because apartment searching can be stressful. They were flexible with our schedule and communicated well with us throughout the process. It is great to know we are all set now! I recommend working with this company!

I would recommend Boston Realty Online to anyone. I am recently graduated and have spent the last 5 years dealing with horrible realtors and I can honestly say this company was so far above the others. My roommates and I worked with Bianca, who was the nicest and sweetest person ever. She was able to answer all of our questions with extensive knowledge and showed us at least 10 places on our first day of searching. Other realtors never even took the time to show us more than 3 at a time. This group of people are far more personable than any realty firm I have had to deal with. They were straight forward, honest and extremely helpful and specialized in the neighborhood where we wanted to live. (Mission hill) We found a place we loved and we signed immediately. They have great relationships with the landlords as well which made our signing much easier. Its clear how well they handle themselves, their business and their clients and because of Bianca I felt like it was the first time a realtor actually cared about getting you the place that fits your needs, not about getting the commission.

To go further, after signing our lease we had been considering moving down there early (it was on the open market for a summer lease). We had been struggling to find sublets at our current place and I reached out to both Anthony and Bianca for their advice. They gave me some great info to help us find some subletters. After a week we still had no bites, and Bianca reached out again asking if there was anything she could do to help. She even sent people our way that were looking for a 3 bedroom sublet!! We were becoming desperate and really did not want to get stuck at our current place for the summer. I dont think we would have been able to sublet our place if it wasnt for her. Shes the type of person you just want to become best friends with because she is super trustworthy and has been supporting us in anyway she can. Is that the type of realtor you want? Or do you want the type of realtor who forgets about you as soon as you sign the lease? Go with this group of people. They are fantastic!

Ian Butler has been one of the best realtors I have ever had! My two roommates and I had certain expectations for our appartment and Ian assured that he would only show us appartments with the qualities that we wanted. He did not disappoint and the first appartment he showed us was exactly what we wanted and we ended up signing the lease right after. We were very happy with the service we received, however, our move in day was when Ian showed how truly wonderful of a realtor he is. He came by our appartment at the time we were supposed to move in to check on how everything was going (the first realtor to ever do this for me), and when he found out that the old tenants had not moved out yet, he went out of his way to contact the landlord and find out what we could do. In addition, he felt bad that we could not move in on time that he called his two friends to help us move in. He really went above and beyond what any realtor is supposed to do! I would recommend Ian to all my friends and in the future if I move, I will definetly go back to him.

Anthony has found many good tenants for us. As landlord, we rely motivated, responsible and reliable agent to find good, qualified tenants. He has been honest and responsible to present the applications and get the communication going before tenants’ move-in. I have no problems from the tenants he brought in. I would recommend the management office or landlords for his service. I also refer my tenants to him to find new apartments.
