112 Hillside Real Estate LLC, a Fenway-based company managed by Alptug Kantar and Peter Carnicelli, has purchased 112 Hillside Street in Boston’s Mission Hill neighborhood for $1.515 million. Anthony Buonpane of Boston Realty Online was the broker on the transaction. The seller, Adam Kaufman, paid $1.232 million for the property in 2010. The triple-decker house on Hillside Street contains four levels including a finished attic with skyline views of Boston.
